How do I create a provider profile?
To create a provider profile, you must first register as a user. Once logged in, navigate to the "Profile" section and select "Become a Provider". Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out your details and services.
How does the real-time location feature work?
The app uses your device's GPS to determine your location. When a provider is "Online," their location is updated in real-time, allowing you to see their distance and position on the map. This feature requires your permission to access your location.
What if I can't find a provider in my area?
Mellt.app is constantly growing its network of providers. If you cannot find a suitable provider, try broadening your search radius or check back later as new providers are joining every day.
